RULES. Please check to agree.

There are no refunds. In the event of an emergency, funds may be able to transfer to another upcoming event. If you no show twice, the funds will no longer be available.

Setup starts 2 hours prior to opening, unless otherwise noted. All vendors must be set up and ready by 15 minutes prior to opening. Please allow yourself enough time to set up.

Each table/booth is allowed up to 3 (total) free helpers. Additional help will need to pay admittance.

KIDS. I do allow vendors to bring kids BUT you must have a helper there to keep up with them. If they are disruptive they may be asked to leave or step out. I'm a mom too. I understand that sometimes they need to come along.

Please DO NOT allow your kids (or anyone from your booth) to walk around trying to sell items to vendors or customers. If this happens you will be asked to leave. All sales take place in your allotted area.

I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or broken items.

Please leave your areas clean and cared for. Do not permanently alter any walls or floors for display by using adhesives or tacks.

This is a THEMED event. Please offer at least some items that go along with the theme.
