Each 10x10 booth comes with an 8 foot table and 2 chairs. Each 10x20 comes with 2 8 foot tables and 4 chairs. You may bring additional tables if needed. Please bring your own table covers.

RULES

There are no refunds. In the event of an emergency, funds may be able to transfer to another upcoming event. If you no show twice, the funds will no longer be available.

Setup starts 2 hours prior to opening, unless otherwise noted. All vendors must be set up and ready by 15 minutes prior to opening. Please allow yourself enough time to set up.

Each table/booth is allowed up to 3 (total) free workers. Any additional help will need to pay admissions.

KIDS. I do allow vendors to bring children BUT you must have a helper there to keep up with them. If they are disruptive to other vendors or guests, they may be asked to leave or step out.

Please DO NOT allow your kids (or anyone else) to walk around trying to sell items to vendors or customers. If this happens you will be asked to leave. All sales take place in your allotted area.

I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or broken items.

Please leave your areas clean and cared for. Do not permanently alter any walls or floors for display by using adhesives or tacks.

If your booth needs a walkway, it is to be kept inside your allotted space. I recommend upgrading to a corner for extra walking room.

There is no burning of scented candles or incense allowed. This is to protect those with asthma and allergies.

If approved, you will receive an invoice within 24-48 hours of applying. Please check your spam folder if you do not see an invoice. Invoices are due 2 weeks after the date they are issued. If you need more time, please text me!
