Table/Booth Pricing

Standard Pricing is :
4x8 table space - $50
10x10 Booth - $85
Pricing is subject to change at each event, depending on the cost of the venue/how many vendors can fit. My goal is to cover the venue cost and advertising, not to profit off of vendor dues. 

HOW TO RESERVE TABLES/BOOTHS AT OUR SHOWS:

  • The applications page is linked below for easy access. 

  • Please fill out an application completely, and mark which table/booth size you prefer.

  • Once I receive your application I will send an invoice (if approved). 

  • Once your invoice is sent, your spot is held until the invoice due date. If you go over the due date, without contacting me, your spot will no longer be guaranteed. 

  • If you are replaced, your invoice will be voided to avoid accidental payments. 

  • - Payment upfront is REQUIRED! NO  EXCEPTIONS​

  • ~You have until the due date to pay your invoice. It is usually 2 weeks after submitting the application. Prompt payment is appreciated.

There are no refunds, however, if you cannot attend an event that you have already paid for, that fee can be transferred to a future event as long as you let me know at least 24 hours prior to the show.

We celebrate creativity, craftsmanship, and all things mystical! To honor the spirit of our market and support genuine makers, here's what’s welcome—and what’s not—at our events:



What’s Allowed

 

  • Handmade & Original Creations

  • Crafted by your own hands or designed by you and ethically produced. Art, jewelry, decor, clothing, metaphysical tools, and more—if your heart helped shape it, we want it!

  • Upcycled & Repurposed Magic

  • Found objects transformed with new life, intention, and creativity. Think altered books, reclaimed wood signs, or quirky revamped antiques.

  • Vintage Treasures & Curiosities

  • Authentic vintage goods, oddities, and collectible finds are more than welcome—mystery and history encouraged.




Not Allowed

  • Mass-Produced Resale (Without Creative Touch)

  • Items from mass-market sites like Temu, Shein, AliExpress, Wish, or Dollar Tree are not permitted unless they’ve been incorporated into a handmade or upcycled piece. For example:

    • ​Using charms or figures to create your own jewelry 

    • Painting designs on blank bags or apparel

  • No MLMs or Direct Sales

    • Products from companies like Scentsy, Paparazzi, Avon, Tupperware, etc., do not align with our market's mission. We’re here to uplift individual creators, not corporate resellers.
