TFFF - Vendor Application | Mystical Moon Market

There are NO REFUNDS. My program does not allow it. In the event of a cancelation, funds may be transferred to another upcoming event. If you no show again the funds are no longer available.

You must give at least 48 hours notice to receive the full credit. If there is a last minute emergency, please text me at your earliest convenience.

TENT WEIGHTS OR TETHERS ARE REQUIRED. Please aim for a minimum of 40 pounds per tent leg. Gallons of water jugs and barbells do not count as tent weights. If you cannot safely secure your tent, you will be asked to tear down and leave.

Each booth is allowed up to 3 vendor badges. Any additional help will need to pay admission.

I do allow kids of vendors to attend events, HOWEVER, you must have an additional helper to keep up with the kids. If they are disruptive to customers or other vendors, they may be asked to step away.

Vendors may only sell from their assigned booth space unless approved as a roaming vendor or performer. Soliciting sales throughout the festival grounds is prohibited and unfair to other vendors.

I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or broken items. In the event this happens, please still alert me ASAP so it can hopefully be resolved.

Please leave your areas clean and tidy. We will be out in mother nature, please respect her, and the venue owner by not littering.

Vendors must complete setup before the event opens, and remain set up until the official close of the festival. If you leave early without being approved by me, you will not be asked to come back.

Open flames must be approved by the organizer and comply with local regulations.
