There are no refunds. In the event of a cancelation, funds may be transferred to another upcoming event. If you cancel a second time, the fund are no longer available.

You must give at least 24 hours cancelation notice to receive full credit. If there is an emergency the day of, please shoot me a text as soon as you're able.

Setup starts 2 hours prior to opening, unless otherwise stated. All vendors are asked to be set up and ready 15 minutes prior to opening.

Each booth is allowed 3 vendor badges. Any additional help will need to pay admission.

I do allow kids to attend events, HOWEVER, you must have an additional helper to keep up with the kids. If they are disruptive to other vendors or guests, they may be asked to step out.

NO PAN HANDLING. Don't send your kids, or anyone else, to walk around the event selling items. If you are caught doing this you will not be asked to come back. This is not fair to the other vendors that stay within their rented space.

I am not responsible for broken, lost, or stolen items. That said, if something comes up missing, please let me know as soon as possible so I can hopefully help find it.

Please leave your areas clean and tidy, to avoid additional cleaning fees. Do not alter any walls or floors with tacks, nails, tape or glue.

If your booth needs a walkway, please keep it INSIDE your allotted space. Booths are side by side. If you need extra space, I recommend upgrading to a corner.

There is no burning of scented candles or incense allowed. This is to protect those with asthma and allergies.
