There are no refunds. In the event of a cancelation, funds may be transferred to another upcoming event. If you no show again, They are no longer available.

You must give at least 24 hours notice to receive the full credit. If there is an emergency, please shoot me a text at your earliest convenience.

Setup starts 2 hours prior to opening, unless otherwise stated. All vendors are asked to be set up and ready 15 minutes prior to opening.

Each booth is allowed 3 vendor badges. Any additional help will need to pay admission.

I do allow kids to attend events, HOWEVER, you must have an additional helper to keep up with the kids. If they are disruptive to customers or neighbors they may be asked to step out.

NO PAN HANDLING. Don't send your kids, or anyone else to walk around the event selling items. You will not be asked to come back. This is not fair to the other vendors.

I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or broken merchandise. If something comes up missing, please alert me as soon as possible so we can hopefully find and return your items.

Please leave your areas clean and tidy, to avoid additional cleaning fees. Do not alter any walls or floors with tacks, nails, tape, or glue.

If your booth needs a walkway, please keep it INSIDE your allotted space. Booths are side by side. If you need extra space, I recommend an upgrade or a corner.

There is no burning of scented candles or incense allowed. This is to protect those with asthma and allergies.
