There are no refunds. In the event of a cancelation, funds may be transferred to another upcoming event. If you cancel a second time, the funds are no longer available.

You must give at least 24 hours cancelation notice to receive full credit. If there is an emergency the day of, please shoot me a text as soon as you're able.

Setup begins 2 hours prior to opening, unless otherwise stated. All vendors are asked to be set up and ready 15 minutes prior to opening.

Each booth is allowed 3 vendor badges. Any additional help will need to pay admission.

I do allow kids to attend, HOWEVER, you must have an additional helper to keep up with the kids. If they are disruptive to customers or other vendors, they may be asked to step out.

NO PAN HANDLING! No not send your kids, or anyone else from your booth, to walk around promoting or selling your items. If you are caught breaking this rule you will not be asked to return for future events. This is about vendor fairness.

I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or broken items. That said, please inform me as soon as possible if this happens so I can try to help!

Please leave your area clean and tidy to avoid additional cleaning fees. Do not alter any walls, floors, or tables with tacks, nails, tape, or glue.

If your booth needs a walkway, please keep it INSIDE your allotted space. Booths are side by side. If you need extra space, I recommend upgrading to a larger booth or a corner.

There is no burning of scented candles or incense allowed. This is to protect those with asthma, allergies, COPD, and other breathing issues.
