There are no refunds. In the event of a cancelation, funds may be transferred to another upcoming event. If you cancel a second time, the funds will no longer carry over.

You must give at least 24 hours cancelation notice to receive the full credit. If there is an emergency the day of, please message me as soon as you're able to.

Setup begins 2 hours prior to opening, unless otherwise stated. All vendors are asked to be set up and ready 15 minutes prior to opening.

Each booth is allowed 3 vendor badges. Any additional help will need to pay admission.

I do allow kids to attend, HOWEVER, you must have an additional helper to keep up with the kids. If they are disruptive to customers or other vendors, they may be asked to step out.

NO PAN HANDLING! Do not send your kids, or anyone else, to walk around trying to sell things or advertising your booth. This is for vendor fairness. Please keep all sales within your allotted space.

I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or broken merchandise. However, if this happens please let me know ASAP so I can try to help.

Please leave your area clean and tidy to avoid additional cleaning fees. Do not alter any walls, floors, or tables with tacks, nails, tape, or glue.

If you booth needs a walkway, please keep it INSIDE your allotted space. Booths are side by side. If you need extra space I recommend upgrading to a corner or a double booth.

There is no burning of scented candles or incense allowed. This is to protect those with breathing issues such as asthma, COPD, and allergies.
